UPTECH SENSING is looking for personnel to cover the position of DAS Optical Engineering.
Mission:
Integrated in the Software department, will be responsible for the development of optoelectronic equipment, tests and revision.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of distributed fiber optic sensors, preferably based on Rayleigh scattering
- Practical laboratory experience in data acquisition, signal processing, and fiber optic systems.
- Valuable: signal processing, machine learning, optoelectronics and fiber optics. Willingness to know all these topics
Tasks to develop:
- Development of optoelectronic equipment
- performance tests
- Bug review for continuous improvement
- Realization of customer tests
- Organize and manage the optical area
- Propose, apply and control good practices in the development process of optical systems.
- Ensure the development of consistent, reliable, robust, secure, modeled and documented optical systems.
- Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team: electronic, firmware, radiofrequency, software and optical.
